Job Description
Develop detailed customer solution design & architecture and perform technical risk evaluation for overall technical solution.
Lead the technical implementation during the delivery phase.
Present offered solution design/architecture to customer and verify/adapt it during realization phase
Liaise with SI Engagement Architect and other members of the regional team as well as with Product Managers, Project manager and 3rd party product manager to align customer requirements with available generic solutions, Nokia products and 3rd party products
Position Requirements: -
- Ability to lead complex technical programs
- Ability to discuss with customer for requirements gathering
- Ability to Solution Design Creation for SSP products - SDM.
- Solution Deployment and Solution Architecture Creation support.
- Ability to troubleshoot call flow related issues and fixing the same.
- Ability to understand the new solutions quickly and delivering the same to Customer
- Advanced level on Operating System such as Linux or Solaris.
- Experience on networking troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.
- Ability to play a role of Individual contributor as well as team player based on the project requirements.
- Travel availability: 50% of the time on domestic or international travels.
- Good Communication Skill
Qualifications
Requires 15+ years relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree aligns with the role.
Experienced in being accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency of own and/or team achievements.
Experienced in carrying out variety of complex activities according to plan within broader area of responsibility, analyses problems.
Experienced in demonstrating initiative & adaptability to changing business environments.
Ability to communicate with functional leadership regarding team & technical matters.
Possess knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organizational practices and precedents
