• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in creating complex models and reports in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Holds an active Workday Certification (Adaptive preferred; Financials is a plus).
• Open to candidates with prior experience in implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions.
• Proven track record of leading medium to large-scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects.
• Extensive experience with Adaptive Planning in both development and administrative roles.
• Proficient in automation and integration of Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Exceland its application in financial planning and analysis.
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes and activities.
• Demonstrated team management skills, including mentoring, delegating, coaching, and reviewing work.
• Experienced in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, presentations, and delivering impactful demos.
