Due to increasing demands for its products and services, Effektiv Systems Solution Pte Ltd is looking for a Sales/ Project Engineer to join its closely knitted team.

The Job

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

• Explain to clients on how a product will best satisfy their needs: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to existing and prospective customers. Show how the company’s products are better than the competitors.

• Manage and interpret customer requirements: Talk to customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.

• Collaborate with colleagues and supplier to understand customer requirements and provide sales support such as helping clients identify problems with installed equipment.

• Recommend improved materials, machinery or parts to customers, showing how changes will lower cost, increase production and/or solve clients’ problems.

• Work as a team to gather information to submit tender.

• Frequent travelling locally to visit clients and monitor installation progress at job sites.

The Requirements

The incumbent must have the acumen to learn and understand the mechanical and engineering aspects of the systems. It is not necessary to own a car as company vehicle will be provided, but a class 3 driving license is a must-have. Strong interpersonal skill is necessary for this role for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the internal as well as the extended overseas team.

Position Overview

As the Country General Manager (GM), you will lead all operations, growth, and strategy within Singapore. • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement governance practices to mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risks.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree and major of Electronic Engineering or semiconductor design relevant area (PhD. is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a GM or equivalent, within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in leading a team to successfully achieve tape-out and commercialization of PMIC IC and Sensor IC projects.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a business for the semiconductor design house.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English as you will need to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities:-

-Daily ferrying workers to-and-fro from office to project site.

-Loading and unloading of materials from the vehicle.

-Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed.

-Deliver construction materials to required work site.

-Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

-Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.

-To supervise, manage and oversee workers at project site and ensure all works are carried out in line with safety standards in order to provide high quality works in safe and efficient manner

-Assist and support the Project Team on day-to-day operations of the project, ensure timely and smooth progress of works

-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:-

-Minimum 1 of working experience in the construction related field or equivalent

-Candidate who possess a valid class 3 driving license; at least 1 year of experience

-Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps

-Drive in a safe manner at all time and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic

-Able to perform night shift, work overtime and weekends

-Required hands on work on site

-6 days work week

Responsibilities

• Responsible to monitor project progress and schedule
• Doing of quotation and costing for management approval
• Coordinate with various departments throughout the whole project to ensure smooth flow of schedules and meeting of deadlines
• Attend site meeting, resolve any site problems and conduct site inspections
• Evaluate and resolve of any discrepancies and problems arising during project
• Leads and manages timely procurement for all permits required by regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Minimum O Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years working experience from construction / project management / signage industry will be an advantage
• Experience with goverment contracts, LTA is an added advantage
• With initiative, able to work as a team and communicate well; negotiating abilities
• Knowledge in reading floor plan, Auto Cad drawings, class 3 driving license will be an advantage

• For fresh Salary from : S$1,800 - $2,000, Experience 2 Years+ salary push up to $2300
