• Develop and execute cloud migration strategies, including refactoring, re-platforming, and lift-and-shift approaches.
• Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure compliance, data governance, and best security practices.
• Optimize cloud costs, performance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior architects and engineers.

Required Technical Skills:

• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
• Architecture Frameworks: Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, or SABSA.
• Networking: Advanced knowledge of cloud networking, including VPC, VPN, Subnets, Transit Gateways, CDN, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and similar tools.
• Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security) and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Automation & Orchestration: Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet).
• DevOps Integration: Hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices in cloud environments.

Job Description:

• Taking care of the conceptual design through to implementation and handover
• Progressing the design in accordance with the Design Checklist
• Leading the Architectural Department client weekly meetings
• Mentoring Architect team members
• Ensuring sustainability targets are incorporate into the design
• Production of tender documentation, including project specifications and contract schedules such as Summary of Tender and Schedule of Rates, if required

Requirements:

• Degree / Master’s Degree in Architecture (preferably BOA recognized)
• Min 10 years of professional architectural experience in both design and construction
• Project experience for semiconductor, sustainable energy, pharmaceutical, nutrition, healthcare of biotech projects are beneficial
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Engineering Design and construction for High

Park + Associates is looking for an intermediate Project Architect. An ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore and familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions. The candidate would be highly driven and dedicated with excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess a team-oriented personality and at the same time, be able to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea
• Working closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages
• Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders
• Preparing submission drawings to authorities
• Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications
• In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion

Requirements include:

• Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
