A growing digital compliance solution platform is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for their office in Singapore. You will play a vital role in generating B2B sales in ASEAN and will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying plans to upper management. Your objective is to drive financial growth by identifying clients, cultivating trust, and closing deals through their team’s performance.
Primary Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base to ensure strong presence.
• Lead the business development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Develop and communicate effective business and action plans to address opportunities.
• Hunt for new prospects to generate new sales in the region.
• Scout and develop new business leads across the client, channel or partner spectrum.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Suggest actions to improve sales and engagement performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure highest level of client satisfaction and reference-ability.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
• Experience in Fintech Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
• To have Regulatory Compliance domain knowledge and understanding (software industry, trends, vertical market industries, etc.) will be preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
• Proven ability to showcase stakeholder management in sales processes inside complex organizations; You should be able to understand business drivers and ability to establish buy-in at all levels.
• Proven ability to demonstrate growth mindset in a professional capacity.
• Required language(s): Fluent in English and Mandarin - In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
