• Manage and execute project in cost effective, on time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations;

Job Requirement

• Recognised Degree by BCA in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years’ experience in Civil Engineering Projects, especially in Marine Construction of Jetty, Wharf, Harbour, Dredging, etc.

As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Private Residential development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

6. Problem Resolution

Job description:

· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.

· Forms preliminary construction plans including organization, staffing, and administration, subject to review by the Project Manager.

Under the supervision of General Manager, the Operations Manager oversees pest management operations. He is expected to manage multiple sites or projects concurrently as assigned.
