The job is for a Programme Manager (PM) to assist the Programme Director (PD) of the ERI@N Interdisciplinary Research Programme focusing on Artificial Intelligence applied to Energy Applications. This program will enable AI and digitalization across the energy domain and the selected Programme Manager will have to work with and support other ERI@N Programme Directors and Programme Managers and lead the development of projects targeting AI applications across the energy domain. • Familiarity with both academic and industrial research as well as the funding landscape enabling these research programs is preferred.

Description

You will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.

You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Your day-to-day activities will revolve around managing the project team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.

You will be expected to be an SME in Program Project Management with expert proficiency.

Having expert proficiency in Business Process Design, M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), M&A Tech Integration Change & Comms, and Requirements Analysis will be advantageous.

Requirements

Task and Responsibilities

• To provide necessary support to PaxOcean Group HSE for all matters
• Function as the appointed Fire Safety Manger (FSM) for the yard and ensure all requirements as per Fire Code are being complied with
• Taking lead as FSM or other appointed role within the Emergency response plan (ERP) during the event of an emergency
• To serve as HSE Duty Manager as per manpower scheduling
• Identify areas of improvement within current system and processes and recommend areas of improvement
• Co-ordinate with both internal and external stake holders (Yard Management team, Owners, Contractors, and local government authorities) on all HSE matters
• Ensure PaxOcean safety procedures are up to date and conforms to Singapore and International Standards and align with regulatory requirements
• To strategize and plan out annual department work plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Identification of training needs for both yard operational team and HSE department personnel
• To participate in the evaluation and appraisal for all HSE department personnel’s performance and work output
• To oversee the conduct of periodic audit and assessment of consultants, suppliers, contractors

Job Requirements

• More than 10 years of Shipyard / Marine related Experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in management role.
