RESPONSIBILITIES

The SM, Partnerships (Others) Development plays a critical role in enhancing MINDS' engagement and fundraising capability. • The Manager will be pivotal to providing general support to the overall project management group for the preparations and tracking of project reports, tenders, administration, financial progress.
• Assist to ensure that reporting is accurate and timely as provided by PM.
• Prepare, review to manage front end development costing and estimates for feasibility studies and proposals.
• Ability to interpret Architectural and Engineering drawings/ specifications for project costing. Identify technical gaps and raise stakeholder concern for better accuracy of costing.

• Assist Managers in Mechanical engineering projects of various sizes and complexity
• Assist Managers in analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine cost effective solutions

• Clinical neurophysiology or previous intra-operative neurological experience is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of evoked potentials and familiarity with electromyography, nerve conduction studies and electroencephalography is essential.

• Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends).
