• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their child's enrolment. Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, and payments using our database systems.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, managing student records, and preparing reports as needed. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and timely communication with parents regarding student progress. Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Reporting: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.
• Collaboration: You will be workin closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Manage the assigned property and maintain the estate in a safe, good and operational condition for occupants
• Advise the Management Corporation in accordance to by-laws, legislations, standards and requirements governing building maintenance and strata management in Singapore
• Perform due diligence through site inspections that contracted services or routine maintenance have been carried out according to specifications
• Liaise with the government agencies, developer, architect, contractors and service providers on behalf of the Management Corporation
• Conduct meetings for the Management Corporation, from agenda planning, preparing progress updates to drafting of meeting minutes

Role Summary: As a Treasury Manager, you will oversee cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring efficient, effective and accurate financial and administrative operations. Working closely with internal teams, you will enhance internal controls against fraud, forecast cash flows, and prepare reports for senior management. Your role is essential in maintaining financial stability, optimizing currency operations, and supporting decision-making through accurate cash flow consolidations and analysis.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Cash flow and liquidity management

• Manage organizational cash flow, including TT & cheque payments, and oversee numerous international bank accounts for both incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Liaise with banks for transaction processing, handle ad-hoc queries, maintain relationships, and manage KYC/compliance matters.
• Forecast and consolidate cash flows to address the organization’s short- and medium-term financial needs.

2. Foreign currency and repartiration

• Oversee the repatriation of specific foreign currencies into Singapore, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal timing.
• Monitor FX requirements, recommending and managing foreign currency purchases as needed.

3. Internal controls and risk management

• Strengthen and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud, phishing, and other security risks.
• Able to identify and manage financial risks such as currency risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.

4. Treasury operations and bank loan management

• Manage comprehensive treasury functions, including cash management, bank loans (rollovers, drawdowns, compliance), and intercompany loans.
• Oversee cash pooling/sweeping and forex hedging to maximize liquidity and minimize FX exposure.

5. Cash flow reporting and analysis

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of cash flow reporting and prepare weekly cash flow consolidations.
• Develop and present treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights to support financial planning and decision-making.

6. Banking and relationship management

• Establish and maintain effective banking relationships, negotiate terms to optimize banking services and minimize transaction costs.
• Act as the primary contact for external banking partners, handling KYC, compliance, and transaction-related queries.

The role involves the execution of duties to the highest possible standards. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and perform all of the activities necessary to plan, procure, manage and administer all issues related to power & construction and industrial site work.

Your duties will involve working closely with project staff and contractors across multiple technical disciplines requiring the supervision of numerous simultaneous tasks to meet very specific and immovable milestones. You will be privy to confidential information by necessity.

* Scheduling, minuting and issuing various project meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

* Electrical & Electronics Engineering qualification with minimum 12 -15 years relevant experience

* Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power system in the relevant field in the power & construction industry

* Minimum 10-12 years’ project management experience, including minimum of 8 years’ experience in Singapore.

* Contract administration experience

* Excellent overall knowledge of most P&C systems, Knowledge in innovative components introduce and handling.

* Knowledge in electrical power distribution, Smart DB’s, PLC / SCADA integration and smart components.

MAIN DUTIES:

• The Duty Manager will be the first to be called if a guest is looking for a member of the management team. • Maintain an accurate record in the Duty Manager's logbook of items and incidents which may be of concern to the management and/or which may requires further attentions.

Lobby Co-ordination:

• The first assignment & main area of work of the Duty Manager is the Lobby, when the Duty Manager is not away to do a specific mission, he/she will spend all his/her time in the lobby to co-ordinate the overall lobby activity and will be dynamic in guest relationships.
• Leader of the Communication: The Duty Manager is a leader of the Front Office communication and will be active in the following tasks:
• The Duty Manager will join daily the Front Office Manager briefing & weekly the Front Office Meeting to bring with dynamism and initiatives all the questions, case studies & new ideas to be considered and discussed.
• The Duty Manager will be very active giving full information & updates to all the Front Office staff. During the absence of the Front Office Manager, The Briefing will be conducted by the Duty Manager.

• Ensure the proper follow up of the room requests & co-ordination with housekeeping regarding the priorities in room cleaning.
• Ensure that the End of Day is completed correctly and that the number of "No Show", "Rooms Occupied", “Complimentary” and "House Use" are accurate. The Duty Manager to supervise the accuracy of the daily financial reports issued by Front Office.
