Job Duties:
1. Oversee the day to day running of the Restaurant.
2. Oversee the service of the Restaurant.
3. Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
4. Manage all marketing and advertising activities and/or opportunities for the Restaurant.
5. Oversee the content, design, delivery and quality of all marketing, promotion and publicity materials, programs and services.
6. In charge of cost control ensuring that the monthly cost of sales and operational expenses of the Restaurant, is capped at an acceptable range.
7. Conduct and participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant as well as other location where physical stocks are kept, including but not limited to glassware, plateware and crockery.
8. Ensure orderliness in the Restaurant.1. Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period.
9. Ensure that no standing bills stays on the system, and account for all voided bills.
10. Take immediate action to deal with all guests’ complaints.
11. Handle emergency and difficult situations.
12. Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant, including but not limited to plates and utensils.
13. Attend all team briefs as required.
14. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
