• Study Setup and Planning:
• Facilitate seamless study set-up including Protocol and Budget review, leading meetings. Develop and implement project plans, milestone, risk, issue and action logs. Partner with Study Setup team to ensure quality database set-up, oversee preparation of protocol specific documentation. Will prepare and present protocol-specific materials at Kick Off and Investigator meetings

• Proactive Lines of Communication:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field or other equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• Maintains team member files.

• Approves the schedule and flex day requests for all restaurant staff.

• Responsible for coordinating training of all staff as required.

• Coordinates inventories and orders food and beverage products, supplies and equipment as required.

• Maintains guest profiles on a daily basis and takes appropriate actions as necessary

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management or extensive F&B experience

Experience

• A minimum of one (1) year' experience in managerial roles at 5-star hotels or deluxe restaurants with prestigious Michelin Star and Black Pearl Diamond credentials.

Other Prerequisite

• Possess a comprehensive set of F&B service and operations skills

• Enjoys problem solving and can think outside-the-box in difficult situations

• Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications

• Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including internal team and external customers.

• Well-versed in F&B operations and Quality management, with expertise in Microsoft Office tools.

• Have a well-groomed, professional appearance

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese as this role will be required to liaise with English and Mandarin/Cantonese speaking guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide client consultancy through email, WhatsApp, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
• Manage campaigns and prepare reports.
• Oversee the technical implementation of campaigns.
• Supervise and ensure quality control of the technical team's execution and implementation.
• Continuously improve processes and technology to enhance the delivery of services.

Requirements

• Min. Degree or equivalent & min. 1 year experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing campaigns and/or projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
