We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager specializing in consolidation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements in compliance with SFRS.
• Intercompany Transactions:
  Manage and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions, ensuring accurate eliminations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Collaborate with departments to develop and monitor budgets, and prepare consolidated forecasts.
• Internal Management Reporting:
  Provide detailed internal reports on consolidated financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Audit Coordination:
  Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any issues related to consolidated financial statements.
