As a Product Development Specialist, you will report to and work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to identify, prioritize and design key activities that align with Ants Innovate’s commercialization goals. You may carry out these activities as an individual or as part of a team, and where appropriate, organize and lead a team effort to perform specific activities. The key measure of success of a Product Development Specialist is the successful development of functional ingredients from laboratory to commercialization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Product development of functional ingredients, including end-product prototyping, quality and safety evaluations, and production scale-up.
• Develop novel or improved functional ingredient characteristics using both analytical and sensory methods (with supervisor and R&D team).
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for validated production methods and processes.
• Support sample tasting sessions and product demonstrations.
• Maintain proper documentation to support product costing, scale-up and manufacturing.
• Perform regular house-keeping of the laboratory/test kitchen.

Qualifications and Experience

This role will be highly focused on the development of actuarial modelling to support project as well as to support actuarial teams within the company. The candidate will actively participate in and contribute to the group-wide actuarial transformation initiatives of modelling platform modernization, manage, and drive local adoption as well as involved in training for the new platform to the wider actuarial community.

Role Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the representative and subject matter expert in actuarial modelling modernisation workstream of project and support the new platform assessment, migration and eventually roll-out to LBUs.

• Collaborate with Pricing, Reporting teams and Regional/Project counterparts to meet modelling requirements

• Ensure compliance with both local and group-wide model governance requirements

• Oversee the local changes and adoption

• Drive proof of concept / pilot project for modelling transformation locally

• Provide training for the new platform to the wider actuarial community.

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

• Expert in Prophet systems (both Deterministic and Stochastic modelling) and valuation data management program (such as SQL)

• Passionate about driving excellence in insurance analytics

• Experience in managing and delivering large scaled of actuarial model changes

• Passionate about financial reporting and knowledgeable of the end-to-end valuation process

• Detailed oriented and work independently

• Strong technical and analytical skills

Working Experience

• At least 7-10 years of actuarial experience or any other analytical role (mostly in actuarial modelling)

• Expert knowledge of Prophet system is a must.

• Experience on Prophet ALS model is preferred.

Professional Qualifications

• Actuarial qualification is preferred but not necessary.

Education

• Degree in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics or Finance

• Responsible for answering and diverting all inbound calls from dealers (including inbound calls from showrooms and 400 calls)
• Professionally answer inbound inquiries and record qualified lead data
• Aggregate and collect the lead data collected by online marketing specialists
• Calling online leads to verify their purchase time and basic information
• Promptly reply to IM chatting list of pendant media
• Transfer the lead level judgment to the experience partner to invite to the store
• Count daily showroom calls and 400 calls, analyze the number and quality of incoming leads, and generate statistical reports to send to department managers
• Analyze the information accuracy and connection rate of each network channel, and form reports
• Statistics and analysis of lead quantity and quality

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in data management, analytics, and engineering, particularly within the investment and banking industries. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain robust data lifecycle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users (e.g., research analysts, quantitative strategists) and technical teams (e.g., data engineers, data scientists) to develop and support data lifecycle solutions such as data onboarding and distribution.
• Validate and contribute to the design of lifecycle data solutions to ensure alignment with business and operational needs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including metadata collation, analysis of system operations data (e.g., data quality metrics), and data distribution service usage.
• Perform data access control operations, ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance and handling standards.
• Serve as the Center of Excellence for common data lifecycle services by defining standards, best practices, and workflow processes to improve operations and ensure compliance.
• Monitor, analyze, investigate, and resolve operational incidents while providing advisory support to users.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in processes and operations.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support current and future data lifecycle needs.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in data management, analytics, or engineering, preferably within the investment or banking industries.
• Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of data management principles, key controls, and processes, including data integration and distribution.
  Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.
  Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and virtualization technologies (e.g., Denodo) is a plus.
