Able to calculate all food costings and control all costings to the lowest

Able to cook and cater to around 1500 pax food daily

Able to handle all kitchen operations and job arrangements for all kitchen staffs

1. Our company is looking for an Indian chef specialised in Maharashtrian & Gujarati Cuisine.

2. Job is at the cloud kitchen / manufacturing of speciality food from Mumbai.

3. Need to be well versed with the Maharashtrian ingredients & menu items like Modak, Alu Wadi, Surali wadi, Pithale, Undhiyo, Dhokla, Shrikhand, Puran Poli etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions

- Clean up station and take care of leftover food

- Stock inventory appropriately

- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Must have experience to prepare all the bellow receipes
