The Chinese Banquet Sous Chef leads the culinary operations for Chinese banquets and catering events, ensuring authentic, high-quality dishes and adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities

· Handle day to day food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food

· Ensure that all prepared food items are safe and in good quality and standards

· Ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule efficiently
