About the role

As the Kitchen Lead - Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes to our valued customers. In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, training and developing your team, and implementing innovative culinary techniques to enhance our menu offerings.
