Working days: Tuesday to Sunday
** Overtime pay (1.5x) will be payable for hours worked over 44 hours per week

Requirements:
- Passionate in F&B industry and willing to accept challenges
- At least 2 years and above relevant work experience
- Experience and able to prepare/cook Western foods
- Bilingual (able to communicate in other Asian language will be added advantage)
- Willing and able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
Job Description:
- Responsible and accountable for food preparation and cooking
- Responsible and ensure food preparation methods are always meet high quality standards
- Responsible for implementation and execution of new menus
- Responsible for inventory inspection (FIFO)
- Ensure immediate remedial action is taken to address all customer feedback/complaints regarding food products
- A team player with the ability to multi-tasks, exhibiting a hands-on attitude at all times and ensure to compliance with all NEA required sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Optimize the use of given resources, especially in costing matters, including maintaining inventory and keeping waste to a minimum
- Inject new ideas to make work processes more efficient and come up with new ways to improve all other aspects of the business such as food quality
- Promote ongoing communication between management and colleagues to proactively address any issues requiring improvement or attention.
- Able and willing to accept other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
