As a Commis 1 / CDP, you’ll work alongside a talented and passionate team, led by Malaysian-born, Italian-trained Outlet Chef Quak, who has been overseeing operations since our opening on November 4, 2024. Guided by the culinary standards set by Executive Chef-Owner Roberto Galetti, your role will be vital in ensuring consistent quality and excellence in every dish.

Duties and Responsibilities
