Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain good and friendly customer relations with members and guests.

16. Keep abreast with general club updates and upcoming events and promotions to provide members with accurate information.

17. Announce messages over Club PA system where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Individual Development: Work closely with each goalkeeper to assess their strengths and areas for improvement, creating personalized training plans to aid their development.
• Match Preparation: Analyze opposition teams and assist in tactical preparation for goalkeepers, including understanding opponents' attacking styles and set-piece strategies.
• Fitness & Conditioning: In collaboration with the fitness coach, design specific physical conditioning programs to improve goalkeepers' agility, strength, and endurance.
