Clinical Care

• Comply with approved standards of nursing practices

Position Summary

Provide general administrative support for the Chinese ministry which includes Mandarin Worship Service and Sunday Evening Mandarin Service.

Roles & Responsibilities职责

1. Provide general administrative support for the Chinese ministry which includes Mandarin Worship Service and Sunday Evening Mandarin Service.

2. Coordinate logistics support to ensure smooth running of the weekly service:

a. Schedule worship duty roster.

b. Liaise and coordinate with worship leader, pianist, service team and speakers to gather the contents and logistics for weekly service.

c. Prepare the contents for presentation slides, bulletin and announcements for uploading (website, Pro-presentor etc) and dissemination to various communication channels.

d. Collate and compile attendance record for reporting.

3. Manage membership database to ensure that it is current and accurate.

a. Maintaining and update new and existing member’s record and files.

b. Prepares member list and notices for Annual Congregational Meetings and Annual General Meeting.

4. Assist in the administrative support and coordination of events and projects such as holy communion, prayer meetings, church camp, baptisms, wakes etc to ensure the smooth running of the events.

a. Collate and compile prayer requests for prayer meetings.

b. Prepare holy communion and baptismal elements, documents and slides.

c. Design and prepare publicity materials and program booklets.

d. Assists in the general set up and preparations (e.g. luncheons and name tags etc)

5. Arrange birthday greetings, wreath and get-well baskets for members and congregants.

6. Provide administrative support to church office and handles general enquiries through various communication channels.

7. Any other duties as assigned.

4. 协助教会的活动在行政上的支持与协调，如圣餐、祷告会、教会的营会、洗礼和丧礼等，以确保活动顺利进行。

a. 收集与整理祷告会的代祷事项。

b. 预备与圣餐和洗礼相关所需的用品，证书和幻灯片。

c. 设计与准备宣传资料和节目单。

d. 协助一般设置和准备工作（例如午餐和名牌等）。

5. 预备会友生日卡，花圈和礼篮。

6. 为教会办事处提供行政支援，并透过不同沟通渠道处理一般查询。

7. 任何其他分配的职责。

Job Description

We are seeking a Staff/Enrolled Nurse to provide top-notch patient care in our clinic located in the Novena area. The ideal candidate will perform clinical and administrative duties, assist doctors with minor procedures, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Basic Nursing Duties: Perform phlebotomy, vaccinations, and wound dressing.
• Procedure Assistance: Assist doctors in minor surgical procedures.
• Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense medication and manage drug inventory, including quarterly stock takes.
• Patient Management: Manage medical records, handle phone calls and inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Appointment Coordination: Book referral appointments and register patients.
• Clinical & Administrative Duties: Maintain efficiency in both clinical and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Additional Information

1. Salary: Up to $4,400 basic, plus variable bonus and AWS.
2. Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: full day; Saturday: half day). Working hours are based on clinic opening and closing times.

Job Description:

• Plan and carry out meaningful and purposeful programmes and activities to enable residents to learn new things or continue to use their abilities
• Help residents experience autonomy by supporting them in their basic activities of daily living (e.g. dressing, meal, toileting, personal hygiene, mobility) through appropriate levels of prompt/cues

Senior/Staff Nurse, Endoscopy

You are responsible for providing specialised direct and indirect nursing care and patient education through management, coordination and evaluation of care activities for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures. To provide guidance and direction to staff nurses and below, in order to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences

Job Description:

• Perform objective assessment, evaluation and documentation of patients’ condition
• Perform complex procedures, both non-invasive and invasive within the scope of duties
• Ensure the safe delivery of patient pre-operatively from reception / recovery to the procedures and vice versa
• Prepare patients for endoscopy procedures, setting IV cannula and preparing IV medication etc.
• Ensure and maintain principles of sterility and asepsis procedures and techniques when assisting procedures
