The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Programme Design and Implementation
ď‚· Organize and manage activities during student engagement
programme (e.g., Reintegration Programme, The Catalyst
Programme, After-School Engagement) during term time.
 Organize and manage activities at the school’s after-school
engagement centre, ensuring they are meaningful and engaging
for students.
ď‚· Develop holiday programmes during school breaks to maintain
student engagement.
2. Student Supervision and Support
ď‚· Supervise students during activities, ensuring safety and positive
interactions.
ď‚· Help manage and guide students towards building positive peer
relationships and social-emotional competencies.
ď‚· Monitor and track student participation, following up with school
personnel on non-participation.
3. Mentoring and Guidance
ď‚· Mentor identified students with a focus on goal-setting, academic
support, and building social-emotional learning (SEL)
competencies.
ď‚· Collaborate with teachers-in-charge to equip students with the
relevant skills and values.
4. Resource Management and Activity Preparation
ď‚· Ensure the provision and preparation of necessary materials for
all student engagement activities.
ď‚· Engage students in maintaining the designated after-school
engagement room, ensuring it is conducive for activities.
5. Monitoring and Reporting
ď‚· Provide termly evaluations of the programmes, collecting
feedback from students and preparing reports for school.
ď‚· Share updates and progress on student participation and
programme impact for ongoing monitoring and improvement.
 Ensure adherence to the school’s code of conduct during all
activities.
6. Collaboration with School Personnel
ď‚· Work closely with school personnel to provide follow-up support
for students needing additional help, including connecting
students with community resources.
ď‚· Assist with other school-wide initiatives that support the holistic
development of students through uplift efforts.
7. Review and Improvement
ď‚· Conduct review of the student engagement programme at the
end of the academic year, recommending improvements for
future implementation.
