Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities of senior staff nurses would include those of staff nurses, but also to demonstrate competency in clinical skills and knowledgeby performing complex nursing procedures, utilizing clinical judgment, critical thinking and problems solving skills in the delivery of patient care.
