Job Descriptions:

• Support the Staff Nurse in executing nursing interventions as delineated in the care plan and conduct nursing procedures in accordance with the client's care requirements.
• Undertake nursing assessments for both new and existing clients, ensuring regular review of assessments.
• Coordinate with fellow team members, providing updates on changes in client condition and needs. Prepare clinical documentation, monitor service outcomes, and escalate cases requiring more acute client management as necessary.
• Aid the Staff Nurse in delivering continuous support and education to caregivers, clients, and families.
• Assist the Staff Nurse in supervising Nursing aides and Healthcare assistants during nursing care tasks.
• Facilitate activities aimed at enhancing the quality of client care and promoting care integration.
• Familiarize oneself with all emergency procedures.
• Support the Staff Nurse in conducting clinical audits and providing feedback to management.
• Establish effective communication with other departments and services, including clinics and hospital wards.
• Assist the Staff Nurse in inventory management and control.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities and duties as required.

Requirement:

• Registered Enrolled Nurse with SNB
• Nitec in nursing
• Good knowledge of the health care environment and service processes
• Experience in community care provision is an added advantage.
