Duties of a Recovery Nurse

Recovery nurses provide critical care to patients before and after surgery. Recovery nurses treat a wide range of patients. They clean wounds, administer medication and monitor the progress of the patients' conditions

Before Surgery

• Work with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical nurses to prepare patients for surgery.
• To record vital signs, instruct patients on the details of the procedures and administer intravenous therapy and medication.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
• Well verse in problem solving skills
• At least 6 years experience in semiconductor foundry related field
• Posses analytical tools such as FMEA and SPC concept is required
• Able to conduct and complete cross department projects.
• Experienced in leading a small group of people to meet production demands.
• Able to commit day / night shift work

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's global office network construction and operation andmaintenance.
• Responsible for the stability of the office network environment.
• Participate in the formulation of company network standard specifications and processdocuments.
• Participate in the selection of the company's workplace network equipment.
• Provide standards, procedures, specifications and guidance documents for the front-lineservice team; cooperate with the front-line service team to complete the service life cyclemanagement.
• Responsible for the recruitment of overseas network engineers and front-line IT serviceengineers.
• Lead a team of Network and IT Engineers across multiple offices to upkeep the officeenvironment for smooth operation
• Manage performance of team members including promotion, performance review ormisconducts
• Lead and spearhead team's hiring and expansion

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Possess work experience in front-line Internet companies, and is responsible for more than 5,000 network users.
• More than 5 years of network related work experience, with large office network or multibranch office network design and implementation experience.
• Prior proven people management experience
• CCNA, CCNP, P, CCIE, JCNP, P, NSE4 or other industry-recognized network certification.
• Experience in large-scale workplace infrastructure operation and maintenance is required.
• Familiar with common wireless network equipment, rich experience in wireless equipmentmanagement and optimization, familiar with various standards in the IEEE 802.11 wirelessLAN working group.
• Familiar with common firewall devices, proficient in firewall policy control and NATATprinciples and configuration methods, and be able to use common network security devices.
• Familiar with the use of and able to promote the construction of common monitoring toolsand network operation and maintenance tools, and be proficient in using equipment MIBinformation to establish equipment monitoring projects.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.

Nice to have:

• Experience in QoS optimization of large workplace networks is a plus.
• Experience in overseas supplier management is a plus.
• Experience of device approval certification (CCIE Wireless or CCIE EI) is a plus.
