Qualifications

Member of Technical Staff, QA (Process Quality Control) is responsible to develop & deploy inspection procedures to ensure conformance of material to be released. Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan & coordinate incoming/outgoing process and procedure.
• Ensure conformance according to ISO / IATF standards.
• Establish, implement & maintain processes & tools for inspection.
• Manage inspectors for execution of daily operational inspection aligned to Production Plan.
• Setup reporting procedure & ensure systematic recording of quality issues and defects.
• Work with relevant departments to uphold product quality, manage costs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct analysis of quality data to identify potential systemic issues & initiate improvements.
• Core member in new product / process introduction to ensure safe launch.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconduction production & inspection processes.
• Well-versed with inspection plans, interpret drawings & deployment of analysis tools such as OGP (optical gaging) and even design customized jigs to aid inspection process.
• Working knowledge of MSA, GR&R, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC & 8D, JMP or Minitab, SAP, Tableau.
• Possesses the analytical ability to structure processes and procedures, identify trends and patterns, as well as resourcefulness to propose solutions.
• Demonstrate commitment to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Registration of shareholders through polling systems, ushering, transferring of equipment to the venue, collection of voting slips and/or voting devices.
• May be assigned to assist with polling services (when required).
• Staff will be allocated according to the event schedules.
• Each meeting’s duration approximately 4 hours.

Requirements:

• GCE “O” level & above (18 years & below require Guardian’s consent).
• Have good computer skills and able to communicate well in English.
• No experience is required as training will be provided.

Overview: The English Service Local Ministry Staff for Small Group will play a vital role in fostering community, spiritual growth, and support within our church congregation. This position will oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of small group activities aimed at nurturing relationships, discipleship, and holistic spiritual well-being of the small group and its members.

Primary roles and responsibilities of the Local Ministry Staff for Small Group

1. Co-create and implement strategies to nurture the spiritual health of small groups, including identifying and training small group leaders

2. Provide resources, curriculum, and guidance for small group leaders, including facilitating communications between the small groups, lay leaders and pastoral team

3. Understand and communicate the vision of small group in all settings.

4. Maintain accurate records of small group participation, attendance, feedback, and assist with the management of the budget and resources allocated to small groups

Secondary roles and responsibilities

5. Collaborate with Family Life Ministry to integrate family-focused initiatives into church-wide events and activities

6. Offer pastoral care and counselling support to individuals and families as needed

Qualifications:

- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for discipleship, community, and family ministry.

- Bachelor or diploma in theology, ministry, counselling, or a related field (preferred) – or an equivalent experience and a strong understanding of Christian ministry

- Previous experience in leading small groups or coordinating ministry programmes within a church setting.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds and ages.

- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend activities. The position reports to the lead pastor of the English congregation, and will work closely with the English Service Committee chairperson and small group coordinator(s).
