You will also orientate and guide the junior nurses to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences. In addition, you will assist in resource management as well as participate actively in quality improvement projects to improve patientcare delivery.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution

· Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to perform 3 rotating shifts
