Job Description

• Assisting with Robotic Programming Automation project for staff access card programming
• Manning Access Card Service Desk to assist with all access card issuance and returns during operating hours from 8.30AM to 6PM
• Manning of shared mailbox and responding to service requests and workflows relevant to facilitate issuance and return of access passes
• Upkeeping records/audit trail and tracking all access pass issuances/returns
• Any other ad-hoc general administration duties

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organisational skills
• Customer service attitude
• Minimally Diploma
• Familiarity with access control guidelines and automation processes preferred
