Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other services as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace and treatment rooms.
• Understand and recommend spa products to clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.
• Assist with scheduling, client check-ins, and answering queries as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or other relevant disciplines (preferred).
• Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus but not mandatory—training can be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• We only can apply work permit for Malaysian.

• Responsible for the surgeons in OT and provide technical support during surgery
• Product management in the assigned hospitals
• Prepare implants and instrument sets for surgeries
• Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
• Training will be provided
