• Support internal audits to ensure record keeping and sound corporate governance are maintained, in accordance with the requirements of auditors and government agencies/Regulatory bodies
• Responsible for the timely delivery of regulatory reporting and statistical surveys.
• On ad-hoc basis, support technical accounting projects and system improvement projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or Equivalent Professional Qualifications (e.g. CA)
• 12 years of working experience preferably in a multi-national manufacturing company and CPA firm
• ERP work knowledge
• Semiconductor industry knowledge is advantageous
• Led prior engagement with auditors - Coordinate and manage the annual statutory audits, dealing with the Auditors and ensuring timely completion of the audit process
• Familiar with the close processes in a global ERP environment
• Familiar with the preparation/review of monthly financial statements for APAC entities
• Work level understanding of effective internal controls and SOX compliance experience
• Knowledge of IFRS standards
• Knowledge of APAC entities’ GAAP is advantageous
• Show good communication skills, speak fluently, and is easily understood in an international environment
• Demonstrated ability to work across borders, cutting through different work cultures

Introduction:

In this role you will provide oversight for fixed asset transactions to the Fixed asset team in the BPO and assist in ongoing fixed asset projects.

Your Job:

• Review and provide guidance on fixed asset transactions to the Fixed asset team in the BPO (, including lease transactions and long-term licensing transactions.
• Assist in preparation of documentation and memos supporting the Company’s accounting positions related to fixed assets (as required).
• Coordinate and provide necessary documentation required for financial audit and or internal controls compliance is prepared, retained and coordinated with the SOX team and external auditors.
• Execute and document processes and internal controls around applicable fixed asset accounting processes.
• Support and review financial reporting related to fixed assets.
• Assisting with other accounting projects as required. Examples include SAP implementation, consultations on accounting for non-routine transactions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Accountancy (or equivalent)
• Min 8 years of public accounting or corporate experience
• Ability to apply technical accounting guidance to transaction fact pattern to arrive at recommended accounting position.
• Familiar with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP S4 Hana
• Impementing SAP project experience will be a an added advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good problem solving and (accounting) investigative skills.

Responsible for the administration and operations of Ihsan Kidney Care (IKC), including but not limited to the following:

❖ Adhere to all clinical SOPs of Ihsan Kidney Care

❖ Provide quality nursing care and maintain service standards of Ihsan Kidney Care

❖ Supervise enrolled nursing staff

❖ Respond to the needs of the work environment by creating a safe and efficient workplace

❖ Work closely with the Centre Manager & Nurse Manager in all aspects of operations

❖ Ensure all guidelines as stipulated by MOH are strictly adhered to

❖ Provide education of the dialysis patients

❖ Ensure all nursing records are maintained and updated promptly

❖ Standby to be on hand, for all emergency cases

❖ Handle all emergencies in IKC

Qualifications

1. Education:A recognized nursing qualification (Diploma or Degree in Nursing).
2. Clinical Competency: Strong knowledge of clinical SOPs and the ability to provide quality nursing care in a dialysis setting. Familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines related to healthcare and dialysis.
3. Communication and Education: Proficient in patient education, particularly for dialysis patients. Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
   

Roles and Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the safe delivery of care to patients.
• To ensure that medical supplies are available for procedures when needed.
• To explain the examination to patient, what he/she will be undergoing and the estimated duration of it, and obtain the necessary consent when required.
• To assist Radiation Oncologist in CTSimulation, brachytherapy and external beam radiotherapy procedures.
• To ensure that precautions have been taken to protect patients, staff and public from unnecessary exposure to inoizing radiation and infectious diseases.
• To perform documentation according to government legislation.
• To perform daily QA procedures on nursing and e-trolley equipment according to manufacturers’ recommendations to ensure the optimal performance of equipment.
• To perform any other duties as instructed by the Senior Staff Nurse or Manager/Radiation Oncologist.
• Possibility of deployment to Nuclear Medicine Centre, when required, within working hours.

Requirements

1. Able to provide general nursing support
2. Able to perform IV cannulation
3. Able to administer IV contrast
4. Able to assist in brachytherapy (training will be provided by ROS if necessary)
