Job Description – SAP B1 Functional Consultant

• Manage full life cycle of design and testing phases.
• Develop solution design and lead client throughout implementation and support phases.
• Assist customers maximize strategic business value from company products to provide them with vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
• Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and transform same to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.
• Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
• Ensure seamless transition through customer lifecycle working closely with presales, professional services and support teams.
• Supply ERP functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
• Lead design activities defining requirements, testing and provide direction to customers and junior consultants.
• Enhance and update knowledge on domain field practices and related technology.
• Develop know-how and expertise in domain field products.
• Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
• Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing ERP functional consultation.
• Conducting ERP Training and recruiting the right consultants also in international affiliates.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

· 3- 4 years of adequate work experience in IT and Business Management and Consulting.

· Hands on experience in BI development using Qlik or Power BI

· Setting business requirements for BI tools – Qlik or Power BI

· Requirement gathering & translating business requirements into technical ones,

· Leading BI software development, deployment, and maintenance

· Report curation and data modelling

· Creating technical documentation for BI tools.

· Using warehouse data to generate reports to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring.

· Maintaining data analytics platforms

· Evaluating and improving existing BI systems.

· Conducting troubleshooting on BI models

· Generating and delivering quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports.

· Must have experience in Qlik Nprinting, QMC, Qlik installation, migration & up gradation OR

· Must have experience in DAX, SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS

* Oversee efficiency of operational processes

* Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including customer support

* Analyze business requirements and customer needs

* Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs

* Monitor and report on department performance

* Supervise and train employees

* Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation

Responsibilities:

• Perform in office face to face consultations
• Perform professional assessment to eligible work pass holders
• Conduct sales pitch to prospects
• Establish a strong relationship with prospects during consultations
• Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional immigration advice to prospects
• Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their enquiries are handled promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, B to C Sales experience is preferred
• Sales experience in client facing role is ideal
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales closure and meeting targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
• Availability to start immediately is preferred
• Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
• Saturday (9am to 5pm)
• 6 days / week

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for individual KPI
• Attend to calls/emails enquires.
• Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily assigned pool of leads.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing.
• Preferably with financial services (banking or insurance) call centre background.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
