About You

• Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, biotechnology, sciences (chemistry, biology, physics or related). PhD or MBA is a plus.
• 1-2 years of consulting experience from leading strategy consultancies.
• Proven project management skills, including ability to contribute and deliver on consulting projects seamlessly in a largely autonomous work environment.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge across the value chain, including strategy, product development, manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing etc.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to synthesize details into a clear, structured format.
• Confident personality and excellent communicator with a proactive mindset.
• Global citizen, adaptable and able to work well with people across countries and cultures and desire to establish a global career after the program.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally, including living and working from Darmstadt, Germany, for up to 3 months.
• Experienced using MS Office tools (including Excel, PowerPoint) to deliver work materials and outputs.
• Fluent in English and an additional foreign language.

Job Description:

• To handle customers enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• To match customer's requirements with helper's profiles & recommend most suitable helpers to the employers and close the sales
• To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and helpers
• To provide after-sales follow-up and service

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong sales ability, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be ethical, sincere, passionate, persuasive, reliable, friendly and customer oriented.
• Patience and compassion for helpers.
• Candidate must have at least CEI BASIC.

• Salary: $2500 - $3500
• Working Hours: 6 days’ work, 11.00am to 7pm on Weekdays and Saturdays.
• Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
