Requirements:

• Understand and gather Content Server and Archive Centre logs for diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Preferably in AWS Technology and experience in Kubernetes is a plus
• Communication skills to conduct system requirements workshop to create System Design Specs (Architecture Design, System Sizing, Security Groups)
• Manage multiple projects on setting Content Server, Archive Centre (Install and Configure on environment of complex servers like high availability)
• Maintenance of product patches & Ensuring Health of Server
• Require to support system as needed & Knowledge of Database and Good Troubleshooting Skills
• Hardening of Servers to mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Able to fine tune performance related queries

The Consultant who will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure smooth running of the operations. He/She will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. Responsibilities:

• To represent both the employer and employee and to manage & retain clients and candidates.
• Communicate terms and conditions of business including pricing (with appropriate approval) and guarantee provisions with clients to ensure common understanding of service expectations and costs.
• Understand the job-scope and the job-requirements from the clients before proceeding to source.
• To attract, select and present quality candidates who match the specific recruitment needs of our clients.
• To match the candidate to the right job and to provide opportunities to candidate.
• To manage and retain good candidates.
• Prepare written and verbal applicant resume summaries and brief candidates on the position & interview.
• To build strong relationship with clients and candidates. Maintain existing client relationships to ensure strong repeat buying and extension of services within the account.
• Regular client visits.
• To ensure all documentations are properly recorded in our system.
• Adhere to all quality procedures and recommend enhancements to operations, procedure or policy to ensure an environment of continual improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• CEI certification is an advantage
• Minimum 2years of experience in recruitment or in a target-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
• To be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

The role of a Principal Consultant is to lead and manage Business Development activity and Key Accounts Management in your industry of specialization to achieve and exceed the budgeted gross profit and contribution to BTI Executive Search Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for driving your verticals including but not limited to cross-selling to other business vertical within BTI Executive Search Singapore while working closely with your Practise Leader and the senior management team to achieve your individual revenue targets.
• Identify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing key clients to bring in regular and new businesses; also, to increase our corporate presence and branding within the marketplace.
• Responsible for initiating the Company towards further expansion. To explore new business areas and markets for existing products & BTI solutions
• Provide specialist advice on your specialisation to your clients and candidates
• Participate in networking events and assignments to increase industry knowledge and presence

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Degree holder – any discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience from within the executive search industry with exposure from key industries (e.g. Technology, Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas / Petrochemical, FMCG)
• Strong client partnering skill and candidate management skill
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• In depth understanding of recruitment market
• Demonstrates high level of integrity
