Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your deep T24 product knowledge and banking expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients as part of large transformation wealth programs.

We require strong experience in core banking and/or private wealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. In-depth T24 product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the following T24 modules is a must:

• AA Loans
• AA Deposits
• Payments (TPH)
• Treasury Modules (including specifics like MM, FX, and Swaps)
• Securities and Corporate Actions
• Financial Accounting

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with banking clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
• Develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) for custom development, ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.
• Analyze gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, proposing realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope.
• Define and validate customization needs for Temenos products based on agreed-upon business definitions.
• Configure Temenos products through the definition of static and semi-static data, ensuring a smooth core banking system implementation.
• Conduct functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits.
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations to effectively communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.
• Manage communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
• Provide end-user training and mentorship.

Technical and Professional Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
• Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a specialization in Private Banking.
• In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury, Securities, Corporate Actions).
• Strong product knowledge of the mentioned T24 modules is a plus.
• Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, and SWIFTs (advantageous).
• Strong understanding and ability to leverage the Temenos Implementation Methodology.
• Proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations.

What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement a suite of technical services in Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) across AWS, Azure, GCP, integrating both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical services with existing systems.
• Participate in continuous enhancement and automation of operational processes into templates, playbooks, or other forms to ensure consistency in security compliance and scalability of services.
• Implement best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance of services.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to optimise cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure and operations, including change management, problem management, configuration management, capacity management and disaster recovery. Respond promptly to system issues and incidents.
• Provide specialist infrastructure support to project teams, enabling their onboarding to Cloud.

What we are looking for

• Possess strong working knowledge in one or more of the following:
  a. DevSecOps processes and tools
  b. Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform and Ansible
  c. Service mesh networking
  d. Secret vault tools
  e. Container technologies
  f. Security vulnerability assessments, security risk assessments, local and site recovery assessments, processes and mitigation measures
• Professional certifications in Cloud, Security and/or similar credentials.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical and project management skills.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on 2-year full time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into permanent position.
