Our client is a leading MNC in the shipping industry based in town. It is looking to hire a BCP Consultant who will report to a Business Strategy Mgr for a global shipping MNC. The co allows a WFH arrangement 1 day per week. For this role, it is a 1-year contract assignment with a 1-month completion bonus payable to a good performer at the end of the 1 year period.
For this role, you will focus on covering Business Continuing Planning (BCP) mapping work in the Corporate Strategy department. You will work with senior management and businesses re understanding and mapping the key business flows using Miro Mapping. In this role, you will interact closely with IT, HR and other business departments (commercial, sales etc). You are expected to be very hands-on in the mapping of processes (though there is support on admin work from an executive).
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with min 8 years of total years of work experience, including min 3 years or more of BCP experience. Management Consultants from Big 4 firms or other consultancy firms with BCP experience is welcome to apply.
- Has strong experience working with business in mapping out BCP processes.
- Has experience using Miro Mapping and performing user testing work re the mapping of business processes.
- Hands-on with the ability to understand the business flows in a huge organization.
- Shipping /maritime industry is useful, but this is not a must
- Has strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to commit to a 1-year contract.
