Responsibilities

• Responsible for Design and delivery of DeltaV systems on site.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Lead team of engineers to deliver the Automation Project on site.
• Lead, design Develop and/or review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, compliant with the site’s standards.
• As a Subject Matter expert, lead development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stages
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client.

Requirements

• Good technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems.
• Good experience In Automation Sector ideally in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
• Good Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
• Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc),
• Familiarity with GAMP lifecycleand quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
• Leadership abilities, works well in a team environment.
• Capacity to lead team of engineers for design, development, and delivering Automation projects.

Pre-requisites:

• Strong academic background, with a minimum of a masters in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering) with a solid grounding in stochastic calculus
• Cross-asset derivatives pricing knowledge including awareness of Regulatory capital and XVA methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient in either Python, C++ or C# with financial library development experience. Additional coding experience in R and VBA also advantageous.
• Solid analytical, writing and communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Team player with high personal standard of ethics, integrity and commitment to fulfilling the objectives of the position.
