Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify security gaps in existing data centers and cloud infrastructures.
• Perform risk assessments to mitigate security risks in information systems and processes.
• Lead system security testing to ensure all security requirements are met before deployment.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to integrate security into the SDLC.
• Develop and maintain security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Advise on security architecture and design to establish robust protection mechanisms.
• Manage vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
• Design and deliver security training programs for employees and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, recommending necessary improvements.
• Assist in developing and implementing incident response plans and participate in investigations.
• Provide Systems Integrator (SI) expertise to manage day-1 deliverables.
• Draft comprehensive tender specifications for security projects (day-0 requirements).
• Apply hands-on experience with networking technologies to manage and troubleshoot network security solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in information security, including:

-Risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
-System security acceptance testing.
-Application of security-by-design principles.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and the Cybersecurity Act of 2018.
• Proficient in security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection solutions, and Wazuh.
• Comprehensive understanding of technological architectures, including on-premises data centers and cloud environments.
• Experience in explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies, including troubleshooting, configuration, and securing network infrastructure.
• Experience with tender documentation and specifications.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and incident response planning.

As part of the SAP B1 Team, responsible for pre-sales activities, full cycle project implementation, as well as support and enhancement projects for Japanese customers.

Job Description:

• Evaluate clients’ current business processes and make recommendations to resolve business problems
• Conduct user requirement gathering and develop function design specifications in alignment with new business requirements
• Perform system configuration and documentation, prepare unit testing script and carry out user-acceptance testing
• Provide post-live support and conduct end-user training
• Work closely with business users and ensure good rapport with clients

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology/ Management, Computer Science, or Business (Accounting)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as SAP Business One Functional Consultant in a Consulting environment
• Professionals with Accounting, IT, or other ERP solution experience who are keen on a career in SAP consulting may apply
• Proven track record in at least 3 full-cycle project implementations for SAP Business One
• Having good knowledge of SAP HANA will be an advantage
• As the Consultant for Japanese customers and accounts, strong Japanese fluency in business and technical communications are essential
• Skilled communicator with the ability to exchange complex information effectively with customers, analyse problems, and provide clear recommendations
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and their priorities
• Good team player, self-motivated, with a positive attitude
