Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, airport transfers, restaurant reservations and activities.
• Create and manage travel schedules.
• ​​​​​​​Prepare and obtain necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
• ​​​​​​​Liaise with travel providers, airlines, and hotels to confirm arrangements and resolve any travel issue
• Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO, including email management, calendar organization, meetings scheduling, claims, and data entry.
• Assist in office administrative matters such as: managing office pantry, liaise with facility management, liaise with IT department, managing company’s IT assets, assist for newcomer onboarding, assist in company gifting logistics, coordinate and arrange meetings, including logistics and venue arrangements etc
• Any other matters that might be assigned by the CEO / HODs
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity (office admin), preferably in travel agency
• Experience in travel planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting Administrative Officer, Component Services (Reliability & Modification Management) in the following duties:-

• Assisting Administrative Officer (AO) in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables modifications for SIAEC’s Inventory Technical Management (ITM) Customers together with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables inventory pool for compliance with Airworthiness Directives together with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of seed units that have been taken from OEMs for modification programmes.
• Assisting AO in the extracting and reviewing of components’ removal data/shop finding for the monitoring of the components’ reliability performance.
• Preparing of ITM customers components’ reliability performance report to the for review.
• Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to attain and review removal data from ITM customers for the identification and management of potential rogue units.
• Compiling of data required for the analysis of the component reliability evaluations.
• Monitoring and managing of administrative matters for the team’s General Staffs (GS).
• Any other duties assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma with minimum 3 years working experience preferred.
• Prior working experience within the aviation industry is advantageous but not necessary.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate multiple ideas and information from across various fields.
• Experience with SAP, Data Visualization Tools and Process enhancement skills is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish team effectiveness and manage partnerships to create a cooperative working environment which enables the achievement of goals.
