• Implement and ensure that Food Safety and Hygiene standards are met at all times
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to quality, taste and hygiene guidelines established by the Company
• Train and develop the team to deliver the food to a high standard
• Ensure readiness for service and that the pace is set for peak times
• Ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in correct sequence
• Deal with any customer returns of food in a timely manner
• Check and sign for all deliveries
• Ensure that outlet is stocked with adequate levels of inventory
• Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Outlet, including but not limited to plates, bowls and crockery
• Control wastage
• Handle guests’ special requests and complaints
• Ensure that the Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Crew are able to handle their duties properly and well groomed, properly attired and efficient.
• Ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained including the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of the Outlet and connected areas
• Assist your superior in Implementing and developing of training programs
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What You’ll Do:

• Report directly to the Group Entity Manager.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, be proactive, and have initiative.
• Oversee the daily operations on shifts.
• Ensure proper uniform, punctuality, and grooming are according to company policy and standard.
• Ensure proper hygiene as prescribed in the company guidelines.
• Understand and manage the operational systems of the outlet they are based in.
• Maintain a positive environment and culture which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service for both customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment and when necessary, assist with the packing of stocks.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling of staff, payroll and inventory management.
• Follow customer service and drinks per Standard of Procedures.
• Provide guidance and set examples for staff to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are maintained and followed.
• Proactive in solving customer’s problems and providing satisfactory solutions to various situations.
• Perform and supervise POS duties and Front of House duties including ordering, serving, greeting of customers, opening and closing procedures.
• Identify and report any potential work hazards, operational inconsistencies, and machine break down to the Operation Manager. Investigate and document these incidents, if required.
• Be the “Owner” and Role Model of the service initiative during your shift.
• Oversee the hiring and interview process of new applicants.
• Manage the appraisal process for the outlet.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process.
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders.
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product.
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.
• Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date.
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in aluminium working sector and manufacturing.
• Able to lead team members on production and installation.
• Have experience in working machineries.
• Able to read technical and installation drawings.
• Ensure products and install quality.
• Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower.
• Implementation production processes and maximize efficiency and reduce production waste.
• Implementing continuous process improvements.
• Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost.
• Provide training staff for new production teams.
• Working hours & days: 6 days work per week 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• Working location - Ubi.

- Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process including but not limited to conduct site inspections, provide training, prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required.

- Required 24/7, fast reaction, high reliability and flexibility.

- Might have rotating shift (Morning/Night Shift).
