Responsibilities:
· Monitor and guide the performance, standards, and work quality of junior designers
· Assist GM in managing interior designers’ schedule and deliverables
· Provide design, creative directions and solutions to the interior designers.
· Present and sell design intent during pitching job
· Support Project Leader from beginning to the full completion of the project
· Attend adhoc meetings involving design & project related matters when required: client & design meetings, project & site meetings, etc.
· Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation
· Monitor design intent implementation or advise any design changes on site
· Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Recognized Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
· Proficient in 3-D studio MAX, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design related software.
· Minimum 8-10 years related experience in commercial design works, strong in technical knowledge, shop drawings, site survey and detail drawings.
· Experienced in handling projects start-to-finish, sales, design and execution.
· Possess excellent flair in creative design works and keen eyes for design details.
· Highly proactive with excellent coordination/execution skills.
· Team player and possess good communication skills.
· Able to deliver expectations within tight deadline
