Responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies to ensure compliance with international and local tax regulations while optimizing the organization’s tax efficiency. Key areas of focus include transfer pricing, where the incumbent will design policies, conduct analyses, prepare documentation, and ensure adherence to evolving regulations, and tax planning, where they will identify opportunities to minimize liabilities, advise on tax implications of corporate strategies, and support business initiatives. The incumbent will undertake any or all of the following and has authority for:

Transfer Pricing

• Develop and implement robust transfer pricing policies and strategies
• Conduct thorough transfer pricing analyses/study to support intercompany transactions

JD and responsibilities: -

• Prepare monthly full sets of accounts including GL, TB, P&L, BS and audit schedule.
• Prepare management report including monthly sales margin report, product category profit margin report, business segment report, individual sales performance report and production output report.
• Oversee 2 Assistants (1AR & 1AP/stock) and assist in operation to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee AR credit control.
• Prepare and e-file quarterly GST return.
• HR duties including MOM work pass application (>70 Foreigners), monthly payroll and submit CPF e-submission, yearly Auto-Inclusion, issue employment letters.
• Submit and renew Form D cost statement
• Liaise with external parties including Bank’s Account Manager, Auditors, Tax Agents and company’s Corporate Secretary.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

Primary tasks

· Take on all aspects of hands-on HR duties, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, employee benefits, etc.

· Review and propose improvement to the workflow and procedures. Propose, implement/improve, and maintain HR system data integrity.

· Main contact person of specific HR duties both externally and internally., including Japanese-speaking counterparts such as multiple departments (HR, Finance, IR, Sales, Internal Audit) of headquarter in Tokyo, JCCI, JETRO, recruitment agencies.

· Support Directors to establish and upgrade HR system and policies and propose improvements thereof.

· Perform daily HR duties to cover the absence of other HR staff or subordinates.

• Hands-on experience in coloring, rebonding, hair setting, hair perm techniques.

• Style customer's hair to desired effect, including shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, etc.

• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)

• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.

• ordering and replenishing supplies, completing accounting duties, adhering to hygiene standards, and overseeing customer service.

• Inform clients about new services, Promotions and discounts.

• Liaise with external Marketing Company on the Salon promotion campaign & advertising.
