Role & Responsibilities

• Finance focal point for portfolio reporting including P&L, cashflow and reserves reporting
• Set up the financial and project structure required to facilitate management reporting based on the metrics needed
• Implement effective tracking and monitoring mechanism to provide financial status updates in different dimensions to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the annual budgeting exercise for the portfolio, including gathering inputs and performing reasonableness assessment on the budget
• Effectively manage financial responsibilities and decision making in a changing environment
• Produce clear and concise financial / presentation decks to provide analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders or to address adhoc issues
• Lead and participate in cross functional collaboration with other departments
• Process planning and improvement to help streamline portfolio finance processes
• Any other matters as assigned by the reporting officer

Requirements

• Good degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification, with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in the Big 4 audit firms and commercial firms (combined)
• This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise across several ongoing tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to be clear and concise in thought process and communication to enable effective stakeholder management
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, power pivot or similar tools and comfortable working with large data sets
• Need to be curious and has keen interest to deep dive into financials to shed light on the projects
• Ability to think logically and always challenging yourself to provide value added support to your stakeholders
• Highly motivated and resourceful individual who is able to work effectively independently
• Enjoys teamwork and actively contributes to our talented team

Preferred Requirements

• Proficiency with use of SAP, Power BI and Tableau
• Experience in managing project finance matters for large projects in IT companies

Job description:

We are looking to fill in the role of an Assistant Manager - Office Administration for our office in Singapore. The successful applicant's primary responsibility is in managing the daily operations of our office and its support services. - Responsible for overseeing the general maintenance and upkeep of the office premises( meeting rooms and workstation) and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

- Liaising with customers, contractors, building management, suppliers and cleaner.

- Coordinating with requirements of landlord in the maintainance of the premises and perform the role as Fire Warden.

- Leading correspondences and assist in coordinating office events, conferences and customervisits

- Identifying key operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve office processes.

- Helping with travel arrangements for staff or management.

- Managing incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.

- Maintaining office services such as pantry supplies, stationery requisition, roaming subscription, season parking and petrol card application for staff

- Managing marketing collaterals ordering and distribution.

Qualifications Required

3. This role requires communicating with business enablers and customers from Germany and across Asia Pacific, for this reason, the candidate must have have a very good command of the English language.
