Safety Policies

• Responsible for studying the project requirements, and specifications and following document submissions such as Method statements as required

• Study and understand project spec, scope of work, and scope of supply
• Ensure that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures, to ensure optimum efficiency, and work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements
• Establish the sequence of priority system for piping completion with related sections, ensure work and materials are planned to follow the same sequence
• Supervise fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and client's specifications
• Organize and control shop fabrication activities

About you:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations involving site piping fabrication and supervision works

The Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. We are looking for a Manager with sufficient professional experience and stature to fulfill a specialist role that can contribute to the development of the clinical trial program within National Cancer Centre Singapore. The role will mainly assist our Clinical Trials Office to review and finalize contracts related to clinical trials for the Division of Clinical Trials & Epidemiological Sciences (CTE).

Main Duties:

• Assist to review clinical trial contracts and work closely with the SingHealth Legal Department to negotiate agreement terms with commercial sponsors, CROs, academic institutions or international trial groups.
