In the Asia Pacific region there has seen a surge in the adoption of payments using QR code. This growth is driven by multiple factors such as - the widespread use of smartphones, increasing penetration of internet services and, adoption of QR by the real-time payment networks and fintech. This growth in QR code payments in not isolated in the Asia Pacific region. It is picking pace globally and, the trend is expected to continue in the coming years.

Visa is establishing it’s Centre of Excellence in Singapore which will spearhead Visa’s QR participation in this growing trend. A dedicated team will provide strategic direction, thought leadership, product and execution support, best practices, and oversight for QR based payment for Visa. While Asia Pacific region will be its operating and learning ground, the remit of this Center of Excellence will be global. This team will templatize its learning in the region and help shape market responses globally. The person in this Director - QR Product Management position is one of the team members of this CoE and, will be responsible to managing Visa’s QR product and report to the lead of Center of Excellence based in Singapore. 

What does a Director – QR Product Management does at Visa:

In your Product Management role, you will be is responsible for guiding the success of a QR product. This is a techno-commercial role spanning many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. The key expectations for the role are:

• You will be the subject matter expert on QR product. On a proactive basis you will often play the role of training and mentoring staff and, on a reactive basis you would be their go-to person for QR related questions or, problem solving.
• You will also be the advocate for Visa’s QR solutions, conducting sales pitches, workshop and training with varied players in the ecosystem including clients, merchants, regulators, and Visa’s various functional units.
• You will directly collaborate with key clients in the region and participate in their QR deployment journey. To drive adoption of QR code, you will provide them with user experience best practices, identifying right balance between convenience and security, onboarding processing or, help identify how Visa’s solution fit in their existing architecture.
• You will be expected to develop and maintain accurate, high-quality content for Sales pitches, implementation guides for Clients, internal implementation processes and, product marketing material.
• In this role you will closely monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, conduct periodic consumer and merchant research to remain current at all times. These activities will guide the QR product development roadmap for which you would be responsible.
• As you work with market team, clients and partners, you will also gather requirements for enhancing Visa’s QR offering. To translate these requirements into new capabilities, you will work with our internal new product development teams.
• Visa has a strong focus on growing value-added services. You will identify and commercialize different value-added services overlaying the QR payment transaction.   
• You will manage the on-going components of product management such as publishing road map, billing and reporting, maintaining documentation and handling exceptions.

The QR is one of the key initiatives for maintaining Visa’s payment leadership position in everyday spend. This role will be Visa’s subject matter expert on QR based payment over Visa’s network. The person in this role would not only be handful few subject matter experts in the company but will shape Visa’s QR solution and commercial success in this area.

We are looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed partner marketing professional to join the team and be an active player in our larger marketing team at ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and working directly with key Partner leaders, Alliances and Channel management, global and regional campaign teams, and ServiceNow business Units to develop joint marketing plans - encompassing market awareness and demand generation programs designed to meet revenue targets. Integrated program development, relationship management skills, adaptability and experience marketing in a high-technology, dynamic environment is crucial to your success.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities 

• Work with ServiceNow Account Directors and directly with Partners to understand the demands of their business, gathering insight and translating these business needs into the wider marketing plan.
• Build and execute joint-marketing plans and programs with partners, that result in measurable pipeline growth and revenue
• Localise and execute global partner marketing programs and campaigns in region.
• Drive effective global- regional partner marketing and field marketing interlock to enable successful regional activation.
• Measure key metrics and KPIs to ensure goals, objectives and deliverables are met.
• Manage local marketing agency resources to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale.
• Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience and results.

• Responsible for detailed set-up and implementation of necessary processes with Bosch Facility departments and IFM provider.  

• Prepare reports on implementation status, follow up on open topics. 

• Link between IFM core team and sites; participation in regular IFM meetings and workshops at cluster level.  

• Monitoring schedule & results in the cluster; support of the entire transition phase in the cluster. 

• Support colleagues at sites and clusters. 

• Supervise and safeguard performance of IFM provider. 

• Be the interface to Bosch internal departments. 

The Service Management team is a crucial component of the Visa Payments Limited’s support model tasked with maintaining and developing robust and lasting relationship with our Key Accounts. As their client’s advocate, Service Managers understand their client’s business/business processes in detail and use the tools at their disposal to remove obstacles, deliver improvements and enhance the experience of being an Visa Payments Limited customer, ensuring their service needs are met and agreed service levels achieved.

You will be assigned a number of APAC Platinum clients to manage directly as their Service Manager.  You will take a holistic look at service across all Visa Payments Limited functions/platforms, measure and review service performance and either through direct or collaborative action, deliver improvements.

You will work with your account management counterpart to maintain and grow the service and commercial relationship.

What we expect of you, day to day.

• You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on how your assigned clients use Visa Payments Limited
• You will promote a culture of service excellence and ‘best in class’ through leading by example
• You will streamline processes to improve efficiency, automation and scalability
• You will keep abreast of forthcoming system changes, releases, route changes, client launches, documentation changes and support your client through transitions
• You will be your client’s advocate within Visa Payments Limited and sponsor / champion product and service change
• You will be available to your clients as an escalation point (during business hours) should BAU processes fail to deliver the expected results
• You will host regular service reviews with your clients & monitor service performance and any applicable SLAs
• You will manage a continuous Service Improvement Register for each of your accounts
• You will perform deep dive analysis and identify opportunities to optimise your client’s use of the service and promote service best practice both internally and to your clients
• On a rota basis, assume the role of Major Incident Manager in line with the Incident Management policy (training will be provided)
• You will produce and maintain a suite of service documentation and reports
• You will build a strong and collaborative relationship with your Account Management counterpart

• Preparing business and sales reports for the team and management
• Data Management using excel, power BI
• SAP and other price system operations
• Assist in the Business planning and consolidation activities
• Perform numerical analyses for management and team as and when required assist in other ad-hoc analytics projects
