Reporting to the Outlet Chef/Restaurant Manager, you will assist in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen/ service operations in various aspects. A fast track career progression to Assistant Outlet Chef/Outlet Chef/ Outlet Manager, through a comprehensive training programme.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Chef/ Outlet Manager in-charge in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen/ service operations.
• Responsible for food preparation, cooking and keeping the kitchen an equipment clean
• Meeting food quality expectations of customers
• Responsible for assisting the Outlet Chef in planning staff duty roster, preparing and cooking of food
• Assist Outlet Chef in ordering food for the week
• Ensure that there is little wastage in food preparation
• Make decisions on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment, performance assessment and reward.
• Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations
• Monitor outlet’s expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget. Feedback regularly to Area Manager regarding any discrepancies or adjustments in the budgets
• Plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff, whilst minimizing costs. Organize staff stations each day
• Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers when required
• Handle cashiering, tally cash register and bank in cash daily
• Supervise cash flow and handle petty cash payments
• Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree in any faculty
• Experience in the kitchen environment will be preferred
• Has good exposure to Italian food
• Always keen to get feedback for improvement
• Mature and has good leadership skills
• Able to lead, train, manage and motivate staff
• Required to work on off-office hours as and when required
• Required to work in other outlets as and when required

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customers and develop new potential opportunities
• Responsible to review customer technical quotation packages, work with relevant department to complete the sales proposals/ quotations for management review and present to customer
• Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
• Responsible to perform Sale Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and present to management and customer
• Liaise and co-ordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
• Manage product EOL, ECN, obsolesce claim, product transfer, and product sustaining activities such cost reduction, alternatives by working with internal functions

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Service and in Business Development/ Program Managerial capacity
• Degree/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Technical competency to engage customers for specifications and process reviews
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, mature and strong analytical skill.
• Good knowledge of software office tools especially Microsoft excel and Powerpoint application and ERP software

· Basic range from $2200 to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

· 3 Rotating Shift (AM,PM&Midnight), 9H shift, 3 rest day every 2weeks

Responsibilities

The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

Requirements

• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
