RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will help maintain and expand the network with community partners, corporates, and other social and community services to support the organization's needs. Spearhead, conceptualize, and implement volunteer programs/activities to ensure the delivery of quality service will meet the needs of the residents in a nursing home.

Your role & responsibilities will include:

• Managing all elements of volunteering within the organization
• Recruitment of volunteers
• Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support the department's needs
• Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners
• Monitor, evaluate, and accredit volunteers
• Track and update records and maintain a database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.

• Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events

• Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.

• Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.

• Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness

• Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programmes.

• Manage and ensure smooth running of the hospital’s sports and social recreational facilities

The team plays a very central role at the firm and works extremely closely with both the investment and infrastructure sides of the firm’s businesses.

You will be responsible for margin calls, margin negotiation and fx hedging and will be working with the team on designing and maintaining strategic tools for cash usage and collateral optimization. You will help design and implement systems and processes for communication exchange between the Treasury team & internal Schonfeld stakeholders to ensure we are making the most informed trading decisions and optimizing portfolio construction. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and Prime Brokers daily.
