Responsibilities

· Undertake assigned new business and transaction management activities of existing clients, ensuring timely execution of transactions and full compliance with corporate trustee obligations

· Oversee all aspects of transactional legal documentation, including transaction structuring, legal, tax, accounting, operations and internal board reporting

· Engage with internal and external stakeholders on the identification, assessment and resolution of transactional issues

· Handle all stages of negotiation of specialized counterparty documentation which may include Trust Deeds, financing agreements, service agreements and other agreements

· Act as a client’s key contact and liaise with intermediaries including the client’s transaction management teams and/or outside legal counsel

· Liaise with the Perpetual Singapore team’s compliance and risk managers, business representatives, operations personnel and others on transaction execution and other client matters

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that materials sourced are sustainably sourced and handled.
