The LEW Technician ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. We are looking for a dynamic individual to become the bridge between Bacha Coffee’s online community and the MarComs team, by building relationships with the online audiences through content engagement and moderation across a multitude of online platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google etc) on a global level. The individual will also be liaising with the agency in charge of China social platforms (WeChat, Weibo and Little Red Book) to be on top of online conversations. The ideal candidate would have impeccable problem-solving skills, listen and report online conversations from current/aspiring brand consumers and have excellent communication, with the support of his/her superior(s).

Primary Relationships:

The position works within the Corporate Communications Team, with the occasional support of the Customer Care department.

The position will have dual reporting; where the incumbent reports directly to the Assistant Marketing Director, alongside the Social Media Team.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with the brand’s online audiences on all social media channels.

Job Descriptions:

• Engage with all mentions and reposts to continue building a strong sense of community with the brand’s audiences
• Answer all customer queries on social media platforms in a timely manner and, where appropriate, transfer customer’s request to the Customer Care department to obtain specific information and escalate cases if needed
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance on key operational metrics and execute timely interventions to ensure Customer Care matters are resolved
• Create monthly listening reports for the Social Media team
• Identify any challenges, gaps and opportunities in current Community Management SOPs and proactively suggest appropriate improvements and solutions to address them
• Document all resolved cases and most frequently asked questions in the internal database for tracking and improvement purposes
• Abide to Bacha Coffee’s policies and standards whenever addressing any customer online

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Good customer care and excellent communication skills
• Display strong willingness to learn and initiative
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Experience dealing with local and international markets and customers
• Fluent both written and oral in English; proficiency in other languages would be a plus

• Preparation and tracking of lease documents and licences.
• Keep accurate records of lease agreements, correspondences and other related documents.
• Liaise with various parties such as lawyers and IRAS on lease related matters.
• Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely.
• Organizing events to engage with tenants and improve landlord-tenant relationship.

Position Purpose

• Provide guidance and day-to-day training to staff within assigned area
• Carry out day-to-day operations in managing floor control to maintain & improve quality, service cleanliness & ambience
• Manage and coordinate activities with people, products and equipment to maximize sales and profitResponsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Lead a team of service staff within assigned unit by allocating tasks and roles for individuals in the service team
• Check readiness of restaurant for service day and brief service crew on staffing roster for service day
• Manage customer flow and seating arrangement
• Oversee the service rendered by the team to ensure it meets the quality, service, cleanliness and values standards and to address lapses in service quality when necessary
• Manage cash floats, audit rolls, and provide technical troubleshoot for cash register errors when necessary
• Ensure documentation of all cash shortage and surplus in record book and to tally payment collection

Restaurant Management & Planning

• Act as point of escalation for service crew regarding service issues
• Resolve day-to-day operation issues as and when it occurs and to provide support as necessary to ensure service crew are able to carry out assigned task
• Lead investigation and resolution of all complex customer complaints and/or feedback in a timely and efficient manner

Quality Assurance & Control

• Enforce restaurant quality, service, cleanliness and value standards
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines in the restaurant
• Implement corrective actions to resolve unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors regarding personal and food safety

People Management

• Conduct induction for new hires to provide them with the necessary skills and information to carry out roles and functions
• Provide training to encourage role rotation amongst service staff
• Train and monitor staff in the company SOPs (standard operating procedures)
• Ensure workplace safety practices

Responsibilities of the Job:

• Immediate handling of incoming vessel purchase orders
• Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotes.
• Price negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers
• Evaluate incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection following Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority permission.
• To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Send instructions to the supplier.
• Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.
• Contact with the port agents of the vessel
• Clearance through customs
• Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
• Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.

Requirements for the Position:

• A self-motivated worker with at least three years of experience in the marine industry is required.
• Have initiative and the ability to multitask

• Capable at working with ERP
