Qualifications

• More than 3 years of customer facing / engineering experience for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

• Good communication skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities. Confident to liaise with senior customer stakeholders right down to giving training to end users who might not be tech-savvy
• Proficient in both English and a second language is preferred

We are assisting our real estate client to recruit for a Manager or Senior Manager to join them as part of their expansion plan. This is a new headcount as they have been growing in this resilient asset class and looking to formulate and execute strategies to maximise the value of their portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will be driving the asset positioning strategies to achieve the financial, operational and sustainability goal of the assigned portfolio. You will prepare and analyse budgets, business plans and asset reports to evaluate the financial performance of the assets, perform hold-sell analysis, monitor lease expiry and rental collection.

You will also identify and analyse trends in the local market and recommend asset management strategies and opportunities. This will include negotiating and managing lease management issues and dealing with property related matters such as valuation, insurance etc

Requirements:

• You possess a Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or its equivalent and have at least 7 years’ relevant experience in asset management.
• Having some knowledge of ESG trends and regulations for real estate are highly advantageous.
• You are an independent, self-motivated individual and a resourceful team player.
• You possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as being analytical with good business and financial acumen/modelling.
• There might be some travelling as this portfolio is primarily regional.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

· Lead HPM (HealthCare Project Management) teams in ASEAN, Korea & ANZ (AKA) Zones to deliver excellence in “wing to wing” project management services including design, construction, as needed and installation activities.

· Ensure team adheres to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, quality, regulatory and controllership requirements including timely completion of trainings also.

· Setting up goals and metrics for project & install teams and defining processes for achieving the same through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring.

· Understand revenue recognition guidelines & enables delivery to target for the region.

· Accountable for driving a process focused approach which delivers customer order execution, quality, and predictable results.

· Develop design, project management and installation teams by providing regular training and global exposure to improve the deliverable to GE customers.

· Drive process excellence delivering productivity in HPM & install cost, install cycle and ensure connectivity at install.

· Ensure customer focus and responsiveness to escalations regarding implementation issues.

Qualifications/Requirements
