• Maintain oversight and review the Obsolescence at System Family Level.
• Prepare and submit report to Client

Incident Management

• Lead investigation and resolution of incident
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvement solution for recurrent incident to Client

IT Security Management

• Schedule security scan for identified systems according to policies and verify all vulnerability rectifications are satisfactorily performed.
• Conduct Security Review on System Access and administration patterns weekly, and report unusual or suspicious activities, if any, to SMO Head Office.
• Track, mitigate and deploy patch security vulnerabilities accordingly to the stipulated timeline. Maintain oversight and submit reports on monthly basis.
• Escalate and/or seek Client’s acceptance and approval of assessed risks.

IT Security Compliance & QA Management

• Ensure compliance status of the Systems adheres to applicable standards, polices, directives and guidelines.
• Declare, review and report compliance status to SMO head office annually.
• During audit exercise, work with stakeholders to provide responses and evidence to auditors or compliance related declarations.
• Provide a Rectification Plan on any gaps found.
• Provide rectification plan for issues arising from audit.
• Seek waiver on compliance whenever it is justifiable.
• Ensure all applicable standards, policies, directives, guidelines, deliverables and quality assurance records are filed and kept up-to-date for audit and review purposes.
• Work with Client on system enhancement required for policy changes and audit requirements.

The ideal profile should have / be:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• More than 5 years of IT project management experience and at least 10 years of IT experience
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in IT business analysis techniques
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques

The position offers an opportunity to gain insight into the Wealth Lending business and interact with many areas across Wealth and other Citi organizations globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare time-sensitive key Control Reports, Portfolio Monitoring Reports, KRI/KPI metrics and presentations for WCM Portfolio managers and Product managers.
• Work with multiple teams, including Underwriting, Technology, Operations, Risk Management, Data Governance, Finance and Regulatory Reporting teams, to ensure reporting requirements are developed, implemented and executed as needed for WCM Wholesale and Retail portfolios.
• Coordinate data validations and aggregate information needed for regulatory reporting submissions, data quality processes and adhoc requests. Investigate, articulate and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate data requests for internal and external audits, regulatory examinations and data tracing exercises in conjunction with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to implement process improvements in an effort to continually streamline and standardize reporting and to optimize controls and efficiency.
• Work with Technology and Infrastructure teams on automating solutions, enhancing system functionalities, performing UATs and constructing complex dashboards using BI tools.
• Actively lead and participate in strategic projects, working groups and forums, and represent LPTM on reporting matters.
• Constructively contribute to the creation of new procedures, standards, controls and regulatory related protocols, and ensure processes and documentation are properly maintained.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Wholesale and Retail Lending products and credit risk concepts.
• Expert track record in constructing insightful reports, dashboards and key metrics for senior management using advanced Excel and BI Reporting tools. Seasoned experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Experience leading strategic projects, such as remediation efforts and regulatory related initiatives, in a large financial institution.
• Proven ability in establishing and maintaining business line partnerships, involving collaboration with team members and senior management across various lines of business and across cross-functional groups. Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing.
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities including the ability to identify, escalate, propose and execute solutions to complex problems.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills with experience in continuously following up with various stakeholders and execution teams.
• Ability to take initiative, self-motivate and consistently demonstrate a results-driven mindset.
• Thorough understanding of data governance processes, lending rules and regulations (at the regional APAC level and global level) is a plus.

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics or related quantitative field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, programming languages utilized in data analysis (Python / SQL / VBA), Powerpoint and Word is essential.
• Advanced skills in BI visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, COGNOS) is essential.
• Knowledge of statistical software tools and data analytics platforms (SAS, Alteryx) is highly desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building, developing and motivating teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage liquidity positions in spot markets to ensure sufficient funding for operations.
• Support daily cash flow forecasting and settlement activities.
• Identify and resolve liquidity mismatches promptly.
• Analyze market conditions to assess potential impacts on liquidity.
• Monitor key risk indicators and escalate issues when thresholds are breached.
• Assist in developing liquidity stress-testing models and scenarios.
• Prepare and deliver daily,weekly, and monthly liquidity reports for internal stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize liquidity usage and mitigate risks.
• Utilize tools and systems to track and analyze liquidity metrics.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for liquidity risk assessment.

Job Requirements :

• 1 year of experience in market and liquidity risk management, preferably in financial services or trading environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL (preferred).
• Experience in preparing ALCO and RMC/BRMC reports.
• Experience in evaluating Impact of interest rate changes on net interest margin (NIM) and economic value of equity (EVE).
• Knowledge of trading platforms and risk management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of market dynamics, liquidity mechanisms, and financial instruments.
• Awareness of regulatory frameworks related to liquidity risk management.
