Donor Relations

• Assist to liaise with corporate companies, external vendors, and collaborators on fundraising, marketing and Public Relation campaigns.
• Assist with social media content creation for fundraising campaigns.
• Proactively seek out and build relationships with existing donors through consistent, sustained and valuable engagement to maintain donor loyalty and conversion.
• Manage the Donor Management System (DMS).

Volunteer Management

• Monitor and plan the centralised recruitment of volunteers to ensure the ratio of staff to volunteers to seniors is achieved.
• Support the deployment of volunteers for various SNM events and initiatives.
• Implement formal/informal volunteer recognition activities to recognize their contribution to SNM programmes and activities.
• Ensure that volunteers assist in a safe and supportive environment in accordance with the legislation and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Community Engagement, Donor Relations & Volunteer Management
• Strong collaborative and partnership building skills with Grassroots organisations, Religious organisations, Community partners and Government agencies
• Proven track record in managing fundraising campaigns and donor relationships.
• Able to manage multiple projects/events in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Contract Administration & Management:

• Lead contract management discussion, monitor contract milestones and renew contract upon expiries.
• Review and identify contractual issues against contract terms and propose for negotiation and amendment.
• Oversees and manage Service Level Agreement of Service Providers, ensuring it meets contractual performance and perform payment milestones. To take appropriate actions for non-conformance results.
• Manage existing service and maintenance contracts under Facilities Management.
• Assist HOD to formulate strategies for contract administration and management.
• Expected to work with ALPS, finance, legal and etc department on developing of service contracts.

Cost Control and Procurement:

• To manage and provide regular update on expenditure for FM
• Work with ALPS and support FM on procurement matter and processes.
• To assist HOD to manage FM OPEX and CAPEX Budget
• To oversees and management of utilities. To work with key stakeholders and provide updates to management regularly.
• To support and participate in RFP/RFQ

Quality Assurance:

• Assist HOD in formulating new FM QA policies, strategies and objectives in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and oversee all FM QA related activities and ensure proper documentation
• Investigate non-conformances and review the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• FM rep for Internal Quality Auditor.
• Conduct quality system audits

FM Operations:

• Oversee the central management and documentation of Work Instruction, FM Policy, House Rule, Tenancy Fitting Out and Reinstatement Guideline, FM department asset, licensing & certification records. Expected to work with along FM system lead to update documentation, where applicable.
• FM rep for Workplace Safety & Health Champion and Business Continuity Planning
• Assist HOD is organising and managing FM training roadmap.
• Oversee FM office administrative support

Job Requirement

• Degree in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent with at least 4-5 years of related working experience or (Diploma with at least 7 years) in similar portfolio for Assistant Manager role.
• Degree in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent with at least 6-8 years of related working experience or (Diploma with at least 10 years) in similar portfolio for Manager role.
• Prior working experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in management of service provider contracts will be an advantage.
• Familiar and experience with public sector procurement governance and processes.
• Knowledge in mechanical & electrical maintenance and operations works.

Join us as Portfolio Manager, Derivatives at AIA Investment Management!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-asset derivatives portfolios outsourced by AIA Insurance Business Units to AIA IM, blending a proper perspective on financial and derivatives markets and an effective and disciplined risk management approach. You will also be designing, modelling, structuring and advising on derivatives-based strategies and solutions for Group functions and AIA BUs.

Derivatives Portfolio Management:

• Handle linear and non-linear derivatives portfolios, across asset classes, in line with portfolio mandates benchmarks and key risk metrics, following a rigorous investment process based on solid understanding of macro and markets environments, and a disciplined risk management approach.
• Lead efficiently scarce resources (cash, collateral, risk limits) ancillary to derivatives portfolios.

Derivatives Solutions:

• Drive the implementation of the platform to structure and handle derivatives-centric investment-linked insurance products.
• Provide expert advice to AIA BUs and Group functions to design and optimize their derivatives strategies, based on a deep understanding of relative economic value, liquidity, and geographical nuances between different derivatives instruments.
• Help to define, model and quantify the objectives of such derivative strategies and suggest and similarly quantify alternatives for decision makers on such trades.

Derivatives Infrastructure:

• Support the rollout of new Investment and Derivatives Management systems.
• Support the development of the Derivatives and collateral infrastructure, in particular front-office analytics and portfolio management tools

What you will need:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience of designing and handling linear and non-linear Derivatives portfolios (cross-asset preferred), preferably in an asset management company.
• Excellent expertise and technical expertise in all aspects of derivatives.
• Experience in structuring investment-linked insurance products, and handling associated portfolios.
• Experience of working with LDI strategies and ALM/Actuarial sciences knowledge preferred.
• Experience in collateral management and optimization, and funding markets (repo, securities lending) a plus.
• Experience in developing Derivatives analytics and experience with Blackrock Aladdin system preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills: credible communicator with good verbal and written communication skills.
